Which type of Coke are you talking about -- the illegal drug Cocaine or the soft drink Coca-Cola?

I'm going to go with the soft drink: the number one negative ingredient is the high fructose corn syrup, which is not digested in the same way as natural sugar, and causes much more obesity, makes you crave sweets and other fat-causing foods, and can even slow down your mental processes -- according to the latest scientific studies done in 2012!

The second negative chemical would be caffeine, which makes you lose sleep and can raise your blood pressure.

There are at least three of which I know: 1] soft drinks which are generically refered to as coke, 2] the illegal drug refered to a coke, and 3] the modified form of coal refered to as coke. All three CAN BE HARMFUL to one's body. The carbonation and sugars in the "coke" beverages can be harmful to one's body in several ways, and this information is almost constantly being discussed throught the news media regularly today. The illegal drug "coke" can also be very damaging and destructive to the tissues of the body, also in many different ways. The mostly carbon in the fuel "coke" can, depending on lack of purity [contaminants] and dosage, be dangerous to one's health.j3h.
