If you mean packaged food, yes. Fresh food requires another license.
The Utah stores are allowed to sell liquor. However, they are not allowed to promote the sale of liquor or sell to minors.
Depends on the state's law. In Kansas, liquor stores are not allowed to sell anything that does not have alcohol in it.
In New York, liquor stores are not allowed to sell beer because of state regulations that separate the sale of liquor and beer to different types of establishments. Liquor stores are licensed to sell only liquor and wine, while beer can be sold in convenience stores, grocery stores, and other designated outlets.

You can find Yeager liquor for purchase at local liquor stores, specialty liquor shops, or online retailers that sell alcohol in your area.
Yes they do but it probably depends in which state you are in. I know in Texas you can only get liquor in liquor shops and not in grocery stores and other simliar stores. In Arizona they do sell liquor in any store you would find beer. So you might need to find that out first
Colorado is a control state, so you need a state issued license to serve liquor, period. You will then also need a permit to serve liquor on every single site at which you plan to sell, issued by your city clerk.
Do ABC liquor stores sell champagne?Yes. However it probably depends of the specific store and the demand in the area. Many states call their state liquor stores "ABC stores" including the state I am currently visiting (Alabama). I believe this is also the case in North Carolina and Virginia. The ABC stores here do carry champagne. However some of the private liquor stores do not, this is especially true in more rural areas. However, if you are referring to the ABC convenience store chain located in Hawaii than I have no idea.
Yes they sell food. It depends on the seller.
If you sell any sort of alchoholic beverage you need to have a liquor licence...if you dont actually sell it and what you sell is actually your service of pairing then no you dont.
