No. Hormones start/stop periods and nothing you eat or drink stops or starts them.
Some people think that the home substances like green tea can make a woman have her first period. Some think it is not true.
No.
I heard that drinking green tea helps a lot drink it for three days-1month i will try it when i buy some hopes it works and sorry if it didn't work i want it to work for me
You actually can make your period come sooner and go by faster. I'm actually trying to find this answer my self, but here are some ways I have heard: -Exercise! -Use a heating pad on your abdomen. -Having an orgasm can help speed it up, and get the blood flowing. -Drink green tea or parsley tea. There's more but I can't think any right now.
You don't. Green tea will not start you on your period. Hormones do. Ask your mom when she got her first period and most likely that's about the time you will. Don't be in such a hurry because you will have a period for at least 50 years. Your first year of period is also a time that will be off and on. It takes your hormones time to settle down so some months you will have a heavy period and other months nothing much. You may also skip a month. Same thing happens when you go into menopause.
When I need mine to start sooner I always eat dates and pineapple and it starts a few days before usual. Sometimes I'll drink green tea and put on a heating pad too.
No. Your hormones determine when your period will start. I can't help but wonder why you are in a hurry for your period. You will have it for at least 50 years once it begins and many times there can be PMS before your period and cramps when it starts.
I haven't tried the green tea first period thing yet ( I'm actually starting it tomorrow) but I don't think it matters if it's hot or cold I'm gonna have mine hot though !! Hope it works for u
Yes, it will help you get your period. It works better if its warm. Not to hot though. Just hot enouh to drink. ;)
weell I've actually been looking for this answer, I've seen some answers that say no and most of the other ones said yes. so i think it may help. i want my period to but i guess everyone will have to be patient. well i hope this answers your question, byeee(:
Green tea DOESN'T start your period, but it can ease the pain from menstrual cramps.
There is no way to get your period sooner and it isn't something to look forward to; enjoy period free months while you can! It's three days of hell every month for most of the rest of your life!
