Maybe yes and maybe no at any one time because Iowa has a monopoly on liquor store sales within the state. Bureacrats making that type of judgemnt call instead of the free market rarely determine that there is a need for a broad selection of different labels in the name of efficiency. At one time you could fill out a request card and maybe the system would respond in your favor (mostly not and sometimes with a foolish caveat like a 10 case minimum purchase at a price well above the free market value). Try obtaining any quality single malt or designer brands of mescal and you will quickly pack your bags and head for a state that understands marketing. In defense of the system it is orderly, produces income for the state, is well intended and well meant and a part of that failed nobel social experiment called Prohibition.
