yes it dose
for this reason this is a real story I'm going thro it now
i have a severe tooth infection "abscessed tooth" so the doc prescribed clindamycin 300mg 4 times a day it worked at first for about 4 days. then i bought a 12 pack of beer not knowing if it would effect it. i drank 6 beer Tuesday night and than 6 Friday night. i went to bed Friday and woke up to my gums and cheek swollen. my infection got alot worse now the doc has me on penicillin 2x300 ml 4 times a day to combat it so i would say YES it does
my opinion is
antibiotics are absorbed thro the liver and i believe when your drink beer or alachol you have to pee urinate more frequent there for the antibiotic spends less time in your system for it to work.
No. Clindamycin is an antibiotic. Some cough syrups have codeine in them but there would not be an antibiotic-opioid combo medication.
Clindamycin 300 mg is an antibiotic that is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. As with any antibiotic, it is not recommended that you drink beer, or any alcohol, while taking Clindamycin 300 mg for fear of any negative and potentially dangerous side effects.
It is safe to use in a penicillin allergy because the two drugs are not in the same family. They are both antibiotics but have little else in common. They do not share similar chemical structures or mechanisms of action. Clindamycin is a macrolide antibiotic whereas penicillin is a beta lactam antibiotic.
The word, referring to an antibiotic, is spelt clindamycin.

No, clindamycin topical for acne does not affect the birth control pill
No, clindamycin and vancomycin are not in the same family. Clindamycin is a lincosamide antibiotic, while vancomycin is a glycopeptide antibiotic. They have different mechanisms of action and are used to treat different types of bacterial infections. Both are effective against certain Gram-positive bacteria but belong to distinct classes of antibiotics.
Yes...they can. I have been on Clindamycin and it causes me heartburn quite badly
Clindamycin and metronidazole combination is best for most cases of bacterial vaginosis.
yes
