Cranberry juice may affect the metabolism of certain medications, including Xanax (alprazolam), by inhibiting enzymes in the liver that process drugs. However, research specifically on the interaction between cranberry juice and Xanax is limited. While it might not significantly increase the effects of Xanax, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider before combining them to ensure safety and effectiveness.
No.
Bekidbs no (hard to write obschs on 30 canaxdjd xanax bars and a fifthdd fifth of e&j)
Yes u can albuterol may effect xanax by increase it level a little bit significant monitor closely
No, the syngergistic effect is exclusive to grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice is broken down by the same enzyme in the stomach as benzodiazepines, so more of the drug enters your bloodstream if your stomach is "busy" breaking down the grapefruit juice.
Unfortunatly there is no way to get xanax out of your system. They stay in your system for about 3 days. U can drink a lot of fluids, especially water and cranberry juice. They have been known to help a lot.
xanax effects can be increased using the OTC drug Tagament (cimetidine)200-400mg 45 min. before taking the xanax. Also WHITE grapefuit juice will incease the effects. These two are the best and can increse effects by 65-87%. also cigarette smoking can DECREASE effects of xanax by more than 50%.
Yes, Xanax is known to stimulate the appetite. It is a benzodiazepine and most of them do.
Vinegar doesn't do anything for any form of drug on a test. But, cranberry juice acts as a detox to your body, Getting rid of wastes and such. Make sure you don't drink TOO much water though, If your urine is almost clear and doesn't smell like pee, That'll consider diluted meaning they'll consider it dirty. So, to make your pee darker - orange juice does it. Good Luck.
The first person who answered this question is an idiot. Grapefruit juice contains CYP3A4 inhibiting compound so yes, it does interact with various drugs, xanax being one of them. 3YP3A4 is the enzyme which metabolises xanax so drinking grapefruit juice with xanax potentiates the xanax because less of the xanax gets converted into inactive metabolites. Its not dangerous to take xanax with grapefruit juice at all, it just makes the xanax a little stronger so the obvious way to counteract that is to take less xanax. Heres a list of drugs that are metabolised by CYP3A4 (and thus potentiated by grapefruit juice): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CYP3A4#CYP3A4_ligands the substrates box contains the drugs metabolised by the enzyme. If you look in the inhibitors box, you'll see the compounds in grapefruit juice.
well... taking vitamins and xanax wont increase your buzz, but if you take vitamins with cocaine it will!
Grapefruit juice acts as a potentiator when it comes to xanax. In other words, when the two are mixed, the xanax will hit you harder and much quicker than it would as prescribed by your doctor. So if you were prescribed xanax as a remedy for anxiety or panic attacks, it would probably just knock you out instead, especially since xanax already has a big "drowsy" side effect to it. Hope that helped answer your question.
