To recruit Mewtwo you must have opened Western Cave which has 99 Floors. Now, heres the tricky part, you have to visit Western Cave twice. The first time you can only battle mewtwo, the second time you can recrute it. It is very easy to recruit because it has a 99.9% recruitment rate. NOTE: you must have the friend area Cryptic Cave.
