Alcohol is basically a kind of sugar, so any alcoholic drink will contribute to tooth decay if you don't brush your teeth.
EDIT: a dentist once told me beer is good for my teeth because of the minerals nad so forth. Premix drinks are really bad, so beer would be a preferred option if you were to drink
Root beer (Barq's)
kick your as first!
water or milk would be better
i havent heard that but ginger beer /root beer does
By drinking it occasionally it doesn't have much effect but if you drink a couple bottles daily, your teeth can turn yellow/brown and rot.
Root beer smooth is likely to be the "top of the barrel" of root beers. Therefore it is lighter than root beer regular.
It depends what root beer you drink to be honest.
root beer
Yes root beer is brown
They have root beer available
Yes, but root beer contains the least amount of phosphoric acid of all sodas. One brand of root beer, A&W, produces a root beer that does not contain phosphoric acid though so if you have and intolerance, A&W would be the brand for you. Many people incorrectly assume that root beer is the worst soda for your teeth because it tends to contain more sugars vs. other sodas. However, colas and citrus based sodas contain way more acid, which contributes to teeth decay more than sugar does.
A root beer float has vanilla ice cream in it. Root beer itself does not contain vanilla.
