There is NO age limit, and you can have one at ANy age. but just so you know, it is not that great for u, but is 30x better than rockstar or red bull. and plz! do not mix it withany alcoholic beverage. but if you want energy but with a bit less taste and no crashing, stick with green tea or sobe, or even vitamin water.

I say you should be 13 to be able to drink monsters but not often, maybe once a week or even once a month but not daily.

i have drank one and im 12, it hasn't effected me at all.
