Yes, Pepsi and Coke both contain Phosphoric Acid as does Dr. Pepper.
Cola consumption (but not that of other sodas) has been linked to reduction of bone mineral density in women (Framingham Osteoporosis study), and phosphoric acid, (a cola ingredient missing in other sodas) is a prime suspect:
