When you make instant coffee, it doesn't have the same effect as the brewing process does. If your problem is time, I would recommend those single serving coffee makers you can preset and the coffee comes in single serving containers. All you do is peel the top off, pop it in the coffee slot and preset it to be ready when you wake up.
