Drinking or eating too much of anything is really bad for your health. It turns your teeth yellow and it can give you really bad acne (like most caffeine products do).

However, there are more serious issues (increased risks of heart attacks, sterility and stomach problems) that caffeine is linked to, but these are debatable. Some studies that show that there is no correlation and some show that there are some that show that there is a strong correlation between caffeine intake and increase risks of a lot of health problems.

"Drink it in moderation!" is the best advice I can give you.
