Not particularly. Pregnant women should ideally avoid all drugs except those specifically prescribed by a physician who is aware that she is pregnant, including over the counter drugs like caffeine and alcohol.

Caffeine is a diuretic (it makes you need to urinate), so that's another reason pregnant women may want to avoid it: many of them have enough problems along those lines because their bladder is being compressed already without adding to them.
