Regular Coke isn't necessarily BETTER than diet, but Diet Coke is really no different than regular Coke. The only difference is that Diet Coke has an artificial sweetener which gives it that icky taste. (In my opinion. XP) Other than that, just compare the Nutritional Facts labels. =]
