A recorder typically consists of several main parts: the mouthpiece, which is where the player blows air; the body, which houses the finger holes and is often divided into upper and lower sections; and the foot, which is the lower part of the instrument that may have additional finger holes. Additionally, some recorders have a thumb hole on the back for easier playability. Together, these components work to produce sound and facilitate playing.

It depends on what type of recorder you have but, normally there are three parts to a recorder.
The recorder with the highest range is called the sopranino. It is smaller than a typical soprano recorder.
I do not know if they have a musical name but they are commonly just called Recorder Holes.
The bottom of the recorder is called foot.
