Ants are really useful in the fight. At Java, we hang nest of red ants to protect our food from certain insects. I really hope this is useful because I'm only nine and i studied all this stuff for my presentation. I even took a picture of an ant that was between my dinning room window and my screen window and guess what? The ant had wings ! It was just flying there, trying to get out ! Lol !

Ants can smell food from several feet away and are able to locate it in their environment using their strong sense of smell.
Antarctica has no ants because it is a cold and desolate place.
Fire ants have impacted both directly and indirectly from eradication efforts. Fire ants have had a direct impact on the environment in the sense that ecological diversity is decreased when they are targeted and removed.
Yes, ants help aerate the soil and clean up the forest floor. They also help with pollination.

Silicon dioxide, commonly found in sand and soil, can be abrasive to ants' exoskeletons, making it difficult for them to move and causing discomfort. This can deter ants from crossing areas with high levels of silicon dioxide, affecting their behavior and movement in their environment.
They change thier environment by bringing little bit of leaves
Ants get water to survive in their environment by collecting it from various sources such as dew, rain, and other moisture sources. They can also store water in their bodies and nest to ensure they have enough to survive.
In a conflict between black ants and red ants, the outcome would likely depend on various factors such as the species of ants, their respective numbers, and the environment they are in. Generally, ants of different colors are not inherently more aggressive or dominant than one another.
Moving ants contribute to the ecosystem and their surrounding environment in several ways. They help in seed dispersal, soil aeration, and nutrient recycling. Ants also play a crucial role in controlling pest populations and are important pollinators for certain plant species. Overall, ants are essential for maintaining the balance and health of ecosystems.
