Leprechauns have magic, but leprechauns aren't real (As far as we know...)
They are lazy so they sleep and drink beer while lying down in there pot of gold watching football.
Most of the time Leprechauns drink water, like any sensible creature would. On rare or festive occasions they indulge in stronger stuff such as beer or the occasional shoot of whiskey. Their absolute favorite is good old Irish Stout, however that might just be national pride talking.
They are real however there are only 236 of them left in Ireland on Carlingford mountain in Co. Louth. They don't eat but drink a drink called Sustenance which is made from wild berries, herbs and wild honey.
There are no leprechauns except in stories.
