Drinking lots of water is good for you, but, if you drink a great amount after a long run, or other strenuous excercise, you won't feel good after that. Also, you can get a bit bloated when you have too much water. But, other than that, drinking lots of water every day is good for you. There was a recent case of a woman who died of heart failure after a contest where she had to drink a lot of water in a short time. It would be difficult to drink enough for it to be fatal, but it is possible. Puts a new meaning to the words "drink responsibly."
