Gatorade (and most all sports drinks) are filled with electrolytes. This is a special term for salts. More than your typical NaCl table salt, it also Mg, Ca, and K among its metals and a Halogen (like Cl or I) that dissociate easily in water. A salt is really just a metal from the first or second period bonded to a nonmetal from the 17 period. Of course, Gatorade also has sugar to make it taste better, which is a covalent organic compound.

CuSO4, also known as copper(II) sulfate, is typically found as a solid in its most common form, which is a blue crystalline powder. However, it can also exist in solution as a liquid when dissolved in water. It is not a gas at room temperature and pressure.
It really depends on how often you are drinking them and how much you work out or sweat. Powerade uses High Fructose Corn Syrup for sugar which is not healthy, but it also has some B vitamins Gatorade does not have. Overall, I would say Gatorade is the best choice for daily drinking.
