Grams is a fairly low weight of measure. The average paperclip weights about 1 gram. You would need 1,000 paperclips to get to a kg. 1 kilogram is the same as 2.2 pounds. So a big kid would weigh 100 pounds or about 45 kilograms. A paper cup is pretty light, it would be hard to measure it with kilograms. I would say probably grams would be the way to go!
