Pinolillos is a small worm who enters into your body, is just below the skin layer. In order to remove we burn (just move close a cigarre until you feel a like small pain, NOT start burning yourself) the area.

How do you get pinolillos?

Pinolillos are made by grinding toasted corn and mixing it with various ingredients, such as cocoa, sugar, and spices like cinnamon. To prepare them, start by toasting the corn kernels until golden brown, then grind them into a fine powder. Combine the ground corn with your chosen flavorings, and you can serve it as a drink by mixing it with water or milk, or use it as a base for other dishes. Enjoy your pinolillos warm or cold!
