Yes drink alcohol does have more effects on younger people because of there fat content and weight because it gets absorbed and young people can get more drunk becasuse people can't absorbe alot of the alcohol when they are young.
Yes, there was a lot of teenage drinking and driving in the states that allowed drinking at age 18. Most states however had the age level at 21 and still do.

It would be teenagers and young adults that get drunk and do stupid things, and older men that fluked their retest that can't see or hear properly.

You can purchase a car at any age. HOWEVER, you must have a drivers license to legally operate it. ages range from 14-17 throughout the united states to get a drivers license
Probrably not in my opinion, But the Government in not so many words are considering making the drinking age 21 because most people go out a lot when there 18 to get drunk. Personaly i think it would make no differance what so ever to lower or rank the drinking age, because at 21 people could still go out to get drunk and cause problems.
