There is no particular name for lemon juice. It is a mixture of compounds containing (but not limited to):
Citric acid (C6H8O7),
Fructose (C6H12O6),
Glucose ((C6H12O6) different molecular strucure) and
Vitamin-C (C6H8O6).
Other vitamins, minerals and chemicals may be present depending on soil conditions (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.), growing conditions (sunlight, water, etc) and anything that may be done in processing (preservatives, etc).
Citric acid is also known by the name "2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid" (which refers to it's structure, not just it's content)
