Lizards typically do not eat cactus juice, as their diets primarily consist of insects, small animals, and plant matter. However, some lizard species may consume the fleshy parts of cacti or drink water from them if they are available in their environment. The nutritional value of cactus juice is not a significant part of their diet. Overall, while they might interact with cacti, cactus juice is not a common food source for lizards.
