sorry lucario cannot be found in Pokemon mystery dungeon blue rescue team nether in red rescue team.all that i know that you can find lucario in Pokemon mystery dungeon 2 in lost wildrdness (im not sure that i spelled it right)

Lucario is not a Pokemon that is available in either Pokemon Red or Blue Rescue Team. It is a Pokemon species that was released after those particular games, so is not an official Pokemon that can be met or recruited. There are however, references to Sinnoh Pokemon such as Weavile, Munchlax and Lucario. It should be noted though, that Lucario is only a rescue rank or Pokemon statue and not a Pokemon that can be encountered. On a very rare occasion, you may meet a wayward Munchlax in Pokemon Square, but this Pokemon cannot be recruited like the various other Sinnoh Pokemon. Wait until the release of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Time or Darkness Expedition. Those two DS games will see the introduction of Sinnoh Pokemon (including Lucario) as Pokemon that may be recruited in the game.

Yes. If you have both time and darkness(which I do) or you know someone with time, you scroll down the menu to trade team. once you and your partner have done that, just trade Pokemon, and maybe even get Pokemon you can't get in darkness, including lucario

From what I've heard, you can only get the Lucario from a serial number. Don't know why, not going to ask, but, oh well. The game code is different for every game and can only be used once
