Brass instruments don't need to be made of brass, so there's also the Alphorn, the Serpent and the Didgeridoo etc. Most of these instruments can be got in different keys. For example, the Cornet is usually got in Bb. But you can get them in Eb (A Soprano Cornet) and C.
