Athletes sometimes consume caffienne-rich sports drinks because caffeinne is sort of like an energy boost. It makes you more awake and more aware.
It makes you enter gear 2nd by force
Well, energy drinks have a lot of caffine in them. Much like a cup of coffee. The caffine in the energy drinks serves as a stimulent for our bodies that boosts our endorphins (that good-feeling sympton you have) and they raise glucose levels. (which is why energy drinks tend to have a lot of them)
Because they think it makes them cool.
coke cola does effect your heart rate from all the caffeine in the drink. it makes your heart beat even faster
No, simply because most energy drinks consist of high amounts of sugar. Which makes you get hyper and once you crash your probably going to be too tired to do math.
because they are full of sugar and caffeine which makes them high in carbs and calories
When chemical energy is stored in to food it makes people want to exersise more. Jogging, walking, diving, swimming, playing sports (etc)
That will be 'glucose', which essentially is a form of sugar and because glucose has become synonymous with being converted to energy, partly due to the; 'Recover your Energy with a glass of Lucozade' adverts that were prevalent quite a few years back, way before energy drink are what they have become today. In fact you could say that Lucozade was 'The' first 'energy' drink and more recently to compete they introduced their Lucozade 'Sport'. Not bad drink too. jakkadan
