What will happen if you put a piece of steak into Coca Cola?

If you mean baking soda, it will make the steak taste soapy when you cook it. If you mean soda water (like a soft drink), it will tenderize the meat and act as a marinade. I use root beer to marinate ribs and then braise them in the root beer with spices and it makes a great sauce.

Myth has it that worms will come out of the steak, but I've personally tried that before and nothing happened :).
