What would happen to coffee in an altitude chamber?

Say you're in an altitude chamber at 15K feet, and you poor yourself a cup of coffee. Then the altitude is lowered to 10K feet. What would the pressure change do to the coffee? Heat it? Cool it? No change? Assume the temp in the room is constant.

Coffee grown at higher elevations tends to be of higher quality, and with that high quality comes more complex flavor notes than coffee grown at lower elevations.
