The water pump is driven by the timing belts if you take your timing belt cover off and look between the 2 center camshaft gears you will see the water pump!

more than likely it is leaking out of the weep hole located at the bottom of the water pump and is running down to the harmonic balancer,if so your water pump is on its way out

More than likely from either the water tube that connects to the back of the water pump (it is under the intake manifold) or it is leaking where the water pump mounts to the engine block.
The 1991 Dodge Stealth fuel pump cutoff relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. You will find the relay switch on the drivers side of the engine compartment.

It could be water/coolant leaking from the water pump. It will only leak under pressure and can easily cause the engine to overheat. The water pump should be replaced during the 60K service.
