All FLAVORED vodka does.

Yes-and loads of it. Industrial flavorings-both natural extracts and artificial ones-are not shipped sweetened. There could be some residual sweetness, but certain not enough to sweeten thousands of gallons of flavored vodkas, of which there are hundreds of varieties around the world.
Vodkas are sweetened with sucrose, dextrose, fructose, honey, corn syrup, cane juice, agave syrup, maple syrup. sorbitol, stevia, Aspartame, sucralose and numerous other processing additives.
I have tasted quite a few of the flavored vodkas, and they range from delightfully natural in flavor (Smirnoff Lemon, Absolut Peppar, Grey Goose La Poire) to revolting (anything bubblegum, grape, cotton candy, peanut butter and jelly.)
