The best is not a cream. It is a liquid called Ivy-Dry and you can get it in almost any pharmacy. You just spray it on and it helps the area dry up and heal faster.

It does not melt into water like regular ice. It sublimates to a gas when it warms up, making it a lot less messy to keep next to your ice cream.

You can treat pimples with benzoyl peroxide. This will dry up the pimple. If the pimple leaves a mark on your face you can put fading cream on the mark.
