well firstly ... hot tea is hot ... so ... pouring tea from one container to another keeps the hot air trapped in ... as just leaving hot tea on the table ... all of the air molecules will rush out leaving it cold ... but when you continuously pour it into one container to another the air molecules cant escape because its going to fast.
