Depends on what your comparing. This is my opinion:Flavors: Monster has a unique "fizzy" flavor that I perfer over Rockstar. Monster also has more flavors than Rockstar. Again, this is my opinion, I recommend you try the Green Monster and the Original Rockstar flavors and compare.Energy: Monster gives a quicker buzz than Rockstar, but Rockstar's buzz lasts longer for me.Price: I believe Monster is slightly cheaper than Rockstar, but I could be wrong.Size: Monster has more size variety than Rockstar.

Your parents know best and Red Bull Monster and Rockstar are not good for you. You can ask them but there are no valid benefits to use as a reason for them to allow you to drink them.
Monster, Red Bull, Amp, Rockstar
natural flavors are better to use. They use real flavors. Artificial flavors are made in labs and contain chemicals.
Natural flavors are derived from ingredients found in nature, such as fruits, vegetables, and spices. Artificial flavors are typically chemically synthesized to mimic the taste of natural flavors. Both types of flavors are used to enhance the taste of food and beverages.
Drinking Rockstar comes in a variety of flavors, and is good for helping people stay awake when they need a boost. However, it can also cause an unwanted "crash" afterwards.
Natural flavors are often considered to be healthier. Artificial flavors allow for more variety in the food and can act as preserving agents.
Depends on the country but usually means they are flavors derived from natural chemicals (natural flavor) or artificial man made chemicals (artificial flavors). A natural flavor MAY be healthier but it MAY also be unhealthier than artificial flavors. Depending on the country some natural flavors may be a mix of artificial and natural chemicals. In fact, an orange natural flavor will most likely be a mixture of chemicals tat have no relation whatsoever to an orange, or possibly not even a fruit. As such it is a complete secret what the chemicals are and you are better avoiding natural and artificial chemicals altogether.
Natural flavors are usually monosodium glutamate, salt, herbs and spices. The most common ingredient in natural flavoring is MSG.
