Pretty amazing stuff... not sure what direction you want here... but its amazingly high boiling point due to its variety of intermolecular forces is one thing that comes to mind. Dipole-dipole interactions, London dispersion forces, and especially hydrogen bonding all create an incredibly high boiling point when you compare water with most other binary hydrogen compounds. (groups 4a-7a)
