Yes, air pressure affects wind. Wind tends to blow from a region of high pressure to a region of lower pressure. As a result, low pressure regions tend to experience more turbulent weather.
Pressure tendancies measure short term weather. The mercury in a barometer will rise with atmospheric pressure denoting fairer weather and a fall in barometric pressure warns of inclement weather.
Strong winds are cause by unevenly balanced baromic air pressure along with being caused by heating and cooling of the earth;s air unevenly.
Low Pressure, A Low Pressure Area allows clouds to form, as a result, you can get a storm from a low pressure area.A High Pressure Area is the exact opposite, it doesn't allow clouds to form, you can get sunny weather from this kind of system.

Air pressure is low as a result over air that converges and rises. Rising air is conducive to condensation (clouds) and precipitation. This is stormy weather, or at least some rain/snow.
Increasing air pressure generally means more clear skies and little precipitation.
Generally with high surface pressure, there is sinking air and clear skies. With low surface pressure there is rising air with clouds and precipitation given sufficient moisture.
it is because of my buttt

I can only speak for me. That said, yes, different weather conditions do affect my symptoms. I seem to "short circuit" more. I get brain freeze or slowed thinking and reaction times. It affects my vision. My gait becomes "stiff", sometimes my legs feel like they "lock". This seems to be the result of the extreme weather, such as, high pressure from snow or rain storms, dampness and heat.

Weather is the result of three main things. The three are temperature, moisture and the air in the atmosphere among other factors.
