before clouds can form air must become what?

Water vapor or the heat
Water vapour and heat. Wind is not necessarily needed to form clouds.
False, snow must form by growing ice crystals within clouds. Rain that freezes is either sleet or freezing rain.
melting andsolidification
Cloud formation because clouds must form first before they precipitate. Precipitate happens when the clouds are too heavy, so clouds form first before they precipitate. :D
The air must be moist.

Yes. Clouds can become very dense, which is how rain falls. To get that dense, clouds must compress, either combine with similar clouds, or get more cloud into itself, which is basically moisture.
Cool air and dust Particles
Water vapor and heat must be present for clouds to form. The water is evaporated from the ground and collected into a cloud.
It must get below the freezing temperature of water before it snows in Australia. This is because the water in the clouds must be able to freeze.
No it never has rained here before, there must be something worng with the clouds
