Yes, bubbles are made out of carbon dioxide. I actually had to research this for a science project; i had to do a lab report and found that bubbles are in fact made out of carbon dioxide.
GOOD LUCK!
hope this helps,
:)
Carbon dioxide is a compound consisting of carbon and oxygen.
To test for carbon dioxide, you can bubble the gas through limewater. If carbon dioxide is present, the limewater will turn cloudy due to the formation of calcium carbonate. Another method is to use a pH indicator, like bromothymol blue, which will change color in the presence of carbon dioxide due to the formation of carbonic acid.
Carbon bonds with oxygen to form carbon dioxide (CO2) or carbon monoxide (CO).
The WORD EQUATION FOR CARBON DIOXIDE IS: CARBON + OXYGEN ---> CARBON DIOXIDE. ;)
CO2 is also known as Carbon Dioxide. Carbon Dioxide consists of one carbon atom, and two oxygen atoms.carbon and oxygenCO2 is the chemical formula of carbon dioxide. One carbon atom, two oxygen atoms.

Limewater - if you bubble Carbon Dioxide through limewater it will go cloudy!
To test the presence of carbon dioxide bubble the gas into the lime water. Carbon dioxide reacts to form calcium carbonate which turns cloudy.
Carbon Dioxide could make a soda bubble
Bubble Carbon Dioxide through it.
If we are talking about a can or bottle that you buy at the store, it has the most carbon dioxide before you open it; once it is opened, carbon dioxide will steadily leak away. Every bubble contains carbon dioxide that is no longer dissolved in the beverage.
Air, you dont breathe out pure CO2
When yeast cells bubble, it means that they are producing carbon dioxide as a byproduct of fermentation. This process is common in the baking and brewing industries, where the carbon dioxide helps to leaven bread dough or carbonate beer.
To test for carbon dioxide gas produced when calcium carbonate reacts with acid, you can bubble the gas through limewater. If carbon dioxide is present, it will turn the limewater cloudy or milky due to the formation of calcium carbonate.
To find the solubility of carbon dioxide in sodium hydroxide, you can conduct an experiment where you bubble carbon dioxide gas through a solution of sodium hydroxide and measure the amount of carbon dioxide that dissolves in the solution. You can then calculate the solubility of carbon dioxide in sodium hydroxide by dividing the amount of CO2 that dissolves by the volume of the solution.
Seltzer water contain carbon dioxide; bubble water may contain and another gases, including air.
