Basically, rays of light pass through the ozone layer onto earth, heats earth. once the rays bounce back some are not passed out again because the greenhouse gases have caused the greenhouse effect. this creates more heat on the earths surface, thus with heat rise, the poles ie. cold regions would be noticed more blatently as it causes melting of ice

Do greenhouse gases reduce holes in the ozone sheilds?

Why there is an ozone hole at the south pole but not at the north pole when there are many industries in the north?

There is a smaller ozone hole at the North Pole, but the hole in Antarctica is largest because the South Pole is much colder than the North Pole (-80 C). CFCs released from industries take several years to rise to the stratosphere and global winds spread these man-made gases all over the world. The extreme cold in Antarctica provides ideal conditions for the chlorine in the CFCs to separate and destroy the ozone. See the question below for more.
