no it can not
When methane is burned in a lime kiln, the waste gases are carbon dioxide and nitrogen because methane (CH4) reacts with oxygen (O2) to produce carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor (H2O) during combustion. Nitrogen is also present in the air and is not directly involved in the combustion process, so it remains as a waste gas in the form of nitrogen (N2).
The primary causes of global warming are the increase in greenhouse gas emissions, particularly carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, which trap heat in the Earth's atmosphere. These emissions are mainly a result of human activities such as burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and industrial processes. The resulting increase in the Earth's temperature leads to a range of negative consequences, including rising sea levels, more frequent and severe natural disasters, and disruptions to ecosystems.
Some ecological issues in the tundra include melting permafrost due to climate change, which can release stored carbon and methane into the atmosphere, disrupting ecosystems. Additionally, increased human activities such as oil and gas extraction can lead to habitat destruction and pollution in these sensitive environments. This can threaten the survival of tundra species that are specially adapted to the extreme conditions of the region.

Essentially it can't. To try and do so is a wast of time, natural processes can not be stopped.
You would become anti social . You don't get super powers, like movies suggest.
Some what, yes other reasons are possibly people are dumping toxic wast into the water witch kills the fish, or there is too much fishing in one area.
