People are cutting down on their emissions of C02 by driving less and using less energy in general. Governments are switching to less polluting energy sources such as wind turbines or hydroelectric dams.
Many Earth clubs have been started so people know what is really going on. But, on the other hand people MANY people don't care but if they knew what was going on they would realize something must change.
Photosynthesis removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The trees and plants release the oxygen and store the carbon, sometimes for hundreds of years. Any reduction of carbon dioxide, a powerful greenhouse gas, in the atmosphere can moderate global warming.
Photosynthesis removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. It is certainly a help in the regulation of the CO2 levels of our planet.
During photosynthesis oxygen is given out and co2 is absorbed by the plant.
Gases that contribute to the greenhouse effect are known as greenhouse gases. After carbon dioxide, in order of importance, they are methane, nitrous oxide and CFC's(chlorofluorocarbons). The atmospheric concentrations of these other gases have also been rising. Methane is released from paddy fields, farm animals and natural gas fields, and its concentration is increasing at about 1.2 per cent per year. Nitrous oxide is released as a result of the use of nitrogenous fertilisers. CFC use has been reduced and will cease altogether because of its damaging effect on the ozone layer. The relatively small amounts of water and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere absorb and re-radiate heat from the earth to bring about the greenhouse gas effect. Scientists are concerened that adding more CO2 to the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels may upset the natural balance. As the earth warms a little due to increased CO2 in the atmosphere, a little more water evaporates from the sea. This further increases global warming. BIBLIOGRAPHY Newton, T.J and Joyce, A.P. (2000) , Human Perspectives, Mcgraw-Hill, Australia
Reducing the amount of Co2 we pump into the atmosphere would help stop global warming. It is these carbon emissions that cause the earth to warm but the problem is that natural Co2 causes like volcanoes we can do nothing about.
Every thing could just simply waiste away so we need to provide more energy
yes
The primary mechanism by which CO2 contributes to global warming is by preventing heat from escaping the atmosphere into space. As more and more heat is trapped in the atmosphere, temperatures increase.
Global Warming.
Trees play an important role in global warming by absorbing carbon dioxide and pumping oxygen into the atmosphere.
True global warming does not decrease temperatures. So, either the model for global warming's effects is hokus-pokus, or global warming as presently claimed, does not exist. Some global warming followers will have you believe that global warming makes the weather "act crazy". If true, then it is not really global warming, is it.
Scientists as a group do not take measures to prevent global warming other than those taken by individuals.

Global warming can be prevented if we all take part into preventing, clean up the problem areas, and educate the youngs.
So that it reduces air pollution, thus, preventing global warming (a bit).

Global warming in itself isn't pollution - global warming is the gradual warming of the earth. However, global warming was caused by carbon dioxide pollution in the atmosphere, but global warming in itself isn't a pollution. yes it is a pollution
