Two ways weather makes life on Earth possible are rain and temperature.

Rain brings water to Earths surface and all living organisms need waer to survive.

Another factor is temperature. The temperature must be mild for humans to live in. It is not possible to live in extreme temperatures like those of Mercury and pluto. The only possible retreat from Earth is Mars although no water bodies have been found on the planet's surface.

How do you define the word weather?

Weather is the day to day change in the air in one particular place.Weather refers to any naturally occurring phenomenon in our world that involves Earth's atmosphere. Rain, Snow, Sleet, Hail, Temperature changes, wind speeds are all examples of different Weather "Conditions". Meteorologists are people who, during the day, describe what the weather will be like for the next few hours, or even days. This is called a "Forecast".

What causes your weather?

Weather is caused by the interactions between the atmosphere, the sun's energy, the Earth's rotation, and the distribution of land and water on the planet. Factors such as temperature, air pressure, humidity, and wind patterns all play a role in determining the weather conditions in a specific area.

What is name Earth chayapath?

"Chayapath" is not a commonly recognized name for Earth. It is possible that it might be used in a specific context or by a particular group, but it is not a widely known name for our planet.

Is weather the current state of the lithosphere?

No, weather is not the current state of the lithosphere. Weather refers to the atmospheric conditions at a specific place and time, like temperature, precipitation, and wind. The lithosphere is the rigid outer layer of the Earth that includes the crust and part of the upper mantle.

Day-to-day conditions of Earth's atmosphere at a particular time and place is called?

Weather is the condition of Earth's atmosphere at a particular time and place.

Is it true that earth's weather is the thin envelope of gases that surrounds earth?

No. The thin envelope of gasses around Earth is called the atmosphere. Weather is the term used to describe the processes that occur in the atmosphere.

What are the most important variables used to describe weather?

Temperature, Wind, Position of the Earth

Is it true that Earths weather is the thin envelope of gases that surrounds Earth?

Describe specific findings on Earth's seafloor?

Movement of seismic waves in earthquakes

What specific things cause weather?

Heat from the sun, movement of the sea and the rotation of the earth all play a part in generating our weather.

What are long sea waves called?

In weather, it is the term to describe the infrared energy being emitted by Earth and the atmosphere, outward.

Where does extreme weather happen?

Extreme weather is possible at any place at just about any time anywhere on earth. Some areas, however, like the American Midwest is prone to severe weather.

Is it possible comets may have any influence in the earths' weather or cycles even the orbit variances?

Comets have a very low mass compared to Earth, so any affect they will have on Earth is from impacts which will affect the global weather.

How is the WEATHER in the continent of Asia?

You may not realize how large Asia is. It stretches from below the equator to above the arctic circle, and experiences almost every possible kind of weather there is on Earth.

What term is used to describe the main source of energy used to determine the weather on earth?

The term used to describe the main source of energy that drives the Earth's weather is "solar energy," as it originates from the Sun. Solar energy is responsible for driving processes like air circulation, temperature variations, and the water cycle, all of which play a key role in shaping the Earth's weather patterns.

How do scientists describe and explain winds?

Scientists describe winds as the movement of air in Earth's atmosphere caused by differences in air pressure. These pressure differences result from variations in temperature, geography, and the Earth's rotation. Scientists use mathematical models and observations from weather stations, satellites, and weather balloons to study and explain the behavior of winds.

How is weather related to earth science?

weather is on earth and planets
