One way would be to install a new radar system called Fazed array radar ( not too sure of the spelling). It would have radars in strategic locations around the USA to give muched more advanced warning for tornado's and even give us advanced warning against sudden missile attacks. It also has its place in the air. With this radar, what happened on Sept 11, never would have occurred. It gives a 3d radar image that cannot be turned off. That's how the terrorists were able to get through. They simply turned off their beacon! we were unable to track them. The Government knows of this technology and will not give the funding? You should harass your Congressman if you live in a vulnerable area. No one should be dying from Tornado's with this advanced technology. What is the matter with the Government? They would rather supply aide after then prevent? Does this make sense? I guess with this new Government it does? Someone should put this on the cover of TIME magazines or something? Why is it not made more public? I hope this doesn't get me in trouble with the Gov. Next thing you know, I will be audited for spilling this.
Thunderstorms are expected in the forecast later this afternoon.
Cumulonimbus clouds are associated with thunderstorms.
Not all isolated thunderstorms develop into severe thunderstorms. Severe thunderstorms are characterized by specific criteria such as strong winds, large hail, and tornadoes, which may or may not be present in isolated thunderstorms. Factors like atmospheric instability, moisture content, and wind shear can contribute to the development of severe weather conditions.
On average, only about 1-2% of thunderstorms produce tornadoes. Tornado formation is a complex process that requires specific atmospheric conditions to be met, which are not present in most thunderstorms.
You say "weather forecast" in French as "prévisions météorologiques".
Thunderstorms are expected in the forecast later this afternoon.
It can still be sunny even if there are isolated thunderstorms in the forecast. Thunderstorms are localized weather events, so other areas may remain sunny. It's always best to check the specific local forecast for more accurate information.
An isolated thunderstorm is a storm that only effects 10 percent of a given area where it forms. That means that 90 percent of the area will be clear. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yes it does
Warm weather with showers and thunderstorms are forecast for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.I would say that the track will be reasonably heavy.
because according to him weather forecast is just a fraud or just a thing of time waste as he had earlier also experienced when weather forecast ruined his trip he was going on a journey but on seeing the weather forecast he cancelled it because it showed thunderstorms and etc....but that day was a sunny and bright day so according to him its just a waste..
Scattered thunderstorms indicate that rain may occur intermittently, but it doesn't mean it will rain all week. These storms are typically localized and can vary in intensity and duration. It's possible to have periods of sunshine between the thunderstorms, so checking a detailed daily forecast will provide a clearer picture of the weather for Hilton Head.
Scattered thunderstorms are thunderstorms in the 30-40% chance category. They are generally weak, widespread short thunderstorms that turn on and off due to a storm system moving over the area.
Meteorologists can predict when and where thunderstorms are "likely" but cannot precisely forecast their severity or persistence, as these are governed by complex factors including ground heating, topography, and variations in winds.
That, I cannot give an exact answer for. Lighting and thunderstorms can happen at anytime, anyday of the year. Just watch your local weather channel for a head's up on what your week's forecast may be! :)
The current temperature in Saint George Utah today is 80 degrees. The forecast is catered strong thunderstorms with intense rainfall will continue to move northeast at 25 mph.
Meteorologists use weather data such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, and wind patterns to forecast thunderstorm formation. They also utilize computer models that simulate atmospheric conditions to predict where and when thunderstorms may develop. Monitoring the movement of weather systems and paying attention to atmospheric instability are key factors in predicting thunderstorms.
George reads out the weather forecast which predicted 'rain, cold, wet to fine'. These were the certain boating dangers that were mentioned in the paper. The narrator expresses his irritation towards weather forecasts which, as per him, are always inaccurate and absolutely contradictory to the reality. He accounts a funny incident in the past when his holiday was ruined as he paid much attention to the weather forecast that reported "heavy showers with thunderstorms". The day in reality, turned out to be sunny and lively. This morning, too, was a bright and sunny one. The narrator considers the forecast reporting to be a thing of no importance.
