energy can be transformed by using it to power another object that uses energy. e.g. electric stove to make food hot (thermal energy) using sunlight (solar energy) to grow plants (give you energy) ect.
You can get mechanical energy through an electric motor, or thermal energy through a resistance heating element. You can also breakdown an electrolyte by passing a current through it, and you can produce microwave energy in a magnetron, or acoustic energy through loudspeakers.
heat energy?
Geothermal energy is energy. It does not change into a substance, although it cam be transformed into other forms of energy. When it is not used directly to heat buildings, geothermal energy (heat) is typically used to run turbines for conversion to electrical energy
they form sound energy, electrical energy, heat energy, light energy <d0nz04>
A lightbulb usually won't use thermal energy, only electrical energy. By conservation of energy, if 10% of the electrical energy is converted into radiant energy, the remainder is wasted - basically as heat.

false
when a chemical change occurs, chemical bonds are broken up
Not entirely. The Second Law of Thermodynamics causes some limitations. Mainly, once energy is in the form of heat energy, only part of it can be converted to other forms of energy.
When we say that energy is lost in a resistor, it really means that electrical energy has bee transformed into other forms of energy. These other forms of energy do not easily get changed back into electrical energy.

False
IT is formed into sound, heat, light, wind and mechanical energy.
No it is not true. Energy can be changed into different forms.
This is false.
