you get a strip of paper (bout computer paper size and about 2 inches wide)you have to have 3 sparklers and get a piar of plyers and get an extra piece of paper and fold it in half.you get your plyers and cut the powder into find powder and fold the strip of paper that you cut and make like a lillte flag but fold it 3 times.put all of the powder into the flag shaped .after that keep folding it just like a flag.her a little tape and tape the holes and get 1 papper clip and bend it into a standand tape it on.get a lighter and light the tape.and that's how u make one its really cool but it lasts like 5 secounds but its worth it.thanks for the question.and good luck!
