Ever since the 19th centery many industrial revolutions have been made: more machines going to work and more trees being cut down. These machines give off greenhouse emissions causing the greenhouse effect.

Here's a better answer:

Since the industrial revolution in the 19th century, the greenhouse effect has been amplified dramatically. This is because during the industrial revolution machines were introduced into everyday life, therefore people went from practically gas-emitting free to gas-emitting everyday.

Deforestation also has a dramatic effect. This is because the trees on our earth intake greenhouse gas emissions and exhale oxygen, therefore filtering the air and ridding the atmosphere of some of the gas. Cutting down these trees means more greenhouse gases will be in our atmosphere because the trees have been rid of.

There is no citeable evidence that the Industrial Revolution that occured in the 18th and 19th centuries had any effect on the climate. No significant reasearch was done at this time on the effects pollution on the enviroment, therefore we can guess based on current events but we cannot be sure.

The Industrial Revolution began in Britain with the invention of the steam engine, and so the burning of fossil fuels began. We didn't know then that the carbon dioxide would gradually build up in the atmosphere gathering more and more heat. We also thought we could cut down the great forests of the world. Only too late did we realise that they are the only things that will remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

This is how industrialization causes global warming and then climate change.

The gases themselves have not changed. There are, however, more of them in the atmosphere.
