The landscapes and the locations of the land are very important. If the land is near a river, the land value goes up because of the easy transportation of goods and other things. Urbanization is the make an area of land into a city. Basic land use patterns are residential, industrial, and commercial. The core of a city is almost always based on commercial activity. This are of the city is called central business district (CBD). The land is very expensive in this area. But as you move away from this area, the land gets cheaper and cheaper.
