Its different because liquids solids and gasses all have cells and the hotter the more faster and more spread out the cells are.The colder the more close and slow the cells are and for ice(solid) we know its cold so the ice forms to be stuck and stationary like there glued together but air(gas) is everywhere because the cells are more spread out and fast like the wind blows air really fast then water(liquid) is more in the middle but can be cold(liquid nitrogen) or hot(magma) so its slow but then fast sometimes and it stays together but then can also be separated so compare water or liquids in general to ice or solids in general to air or gasses in general.Well thx for reading hope you understood it.:)
H2O is water. It can be all three. As a solid, it is ice. As a liquid, it is water in the sense of bottled water. As a gas it is water vapor (an example of water vapor is steam).
There are multiple forms of H2O, like solid (Ice), and liquid (water), and then there's the gas form.
Water exists on land as a liquid or solid (ice) and in the air as a gas (water vapor).
Water, ice and steam, all are H2O but are different states of water. Water-liquid state Ice- solid state Steam- Gaseous state
Water is the only substance that commonly exists as a solid, liquid, and gas in Earth's atmosphere. Solid water is ice, liquid water is water, and gaseous water is water vapor.
it is different cause water is a liquid and ice is a solid
ice which then melts to become water. solid to liquid.
An example of a solid to a liquid is ice melting into water.
It is different because, liquid water can (and will) take the form of the container it is in. We can also change the form of liquid water, unlike solid ice. Solid Ice wont take the form of the container it is in and we cant change its form without breaking it.
Ice is considered a solid because it is the frozen form of water. It is made up of water molecules that are arranged in a specific crystal lattice structure. At room temperature, ice will melt and transform into the liquid state, water.
Yes. Water is liquid ice, and ice is solid steam.
ICE is the solid state of water.
When it's solid it's Ice, when it's liquid its liquid water and when gaseous it's water vapour.
Solid - Ice Liquid - Water Gas - Steam
Ice (solid) starts out as water (liquid) and when water freezes it becomes a solid.
Ice. Liquid turns into a solid when it freezes, so water turns into ice.
Ice, Water, and Steam.Bonus answer: Plasma!
