I think its a bit like a cm and mm its 100 times bigger so 3500ml is like 350cl but i`m not sure.....
If you mean centiliters and mililiters, a centiliter is larger than a milileter. So 1/10 is your answer. Centi means 1/100, and mili means 1/1000.
