I remember when I was young the answer was about 50 years worth. It's still at absolute minimum at least 50 years, and probably far more than that as new reserves are being discovered and mined, vast expanses of unsurveyed the oceans are available, and many new ways to produce oil have come to light. The cheapest oil sources are slowly becoming exhausted, however there are still plenty of other oil sources available for many many years to come.

The best plan is to diversify away from oil, however we have no need to worry about running out any time soon.
